This is just your basic airline with good prices. Iv used this airline a lot for flying around Europe. I think this is the cheapest airline around and just convenient for me. There great for cheap last minute holidays which is what I normally do. Great flight days and hours normally arrive early and leave late which I think is really good as I hate turning up to a place at midnight I want to go explore not go to bed. You can book a meal in advance ...

I have just returned from Bulgaria a holiday booked with Thomson. I nearly always book Thomson holidays because the service has always been generally good, but I can honestly say that in the last couple of years that standard has fallen with the service this year the worst I have ever experienced. The air hostess standard has dropped the cleaniness is extremely poor, the toilet facilities are awful and worst - the food has never been brillaint on flights, but this year was the worst I have ever had. Quite frankly.., dont fly with this airline that charges a frills flight but with a less than no frills service. We flew from Birmingham to Cancun on December 21st 2007. The flight was delayed for 3 hours and then had to stop at Manchester to refuel !!! When asked why we where advised that Birmingham's runways where too short and the plane had to take off with practically no fuel, hence the extra hour in Manchester !!! We where not told this at booking ...
