Trailfinders has been my travel agent of choice for several years now. They have around 15 branches across the UK including one in Glasgow, although all of my bookings have been done via the telephone. I have used Trailfinders frequently over the past 8 years to book flights and have never been disappointed. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful both over the telephone and face to face over the 'counter'. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the lack of online booking which should be implemented as people can book flights at a time of their choice. Trailfinders have recently opened a branch in Cambridge (Bridge Street I think). I found them more than helpful. There were no queues the 3 times that I went, in stark contrast to STA down the road! They also had fares that the student travel agents seemed unable to obtain, which is surprising but worth knowing. I booked with Trailfinders in Canterbury, Kent in Oct '07 to visit Boston USA end Nov and they were brilliant. They advised on the best hotel locations and mentioned places of interest to visit.
