my husband and i travel alot to florida and have used some very shoddy airlines we decided to take the plunge and book on line with travel city.for the 5th oct we are so glad we did the price could not be beaten.the aircraft was spacious and the staff were superb,the onboard food and entertainment was very good plus the food and drinks were free not like other companies, we had no delays going but a slight delay comming back but the time went by ...

...luckily the children did not understand but did question. I think Travelcity could improve their service by putting their staff on a Customer Service Referesher course sooner rather than later. I will never travel with this airline again and I would urge other people to reconsider before booking. ...

My recommendation is don't book any travel with this company until a few days before you intend to travel. Don't even bother trying to speak with their customer relations staff. I don't really think they have such a dept. I'm not a well off bloke and have been ripped off by this company, I would imagine a majority ...

Just received a letter from Travel City Direct saying the 3 flights I booked in February for my family to Florida in seven weeks time are not now available. The company offered me an alternative which meant flying a day earlier. I called them and said that we would accept the change, only to be told that this option was no longer available as the seats had been sold to someone else whilst the letter was in the post. They cannot offer me an alternative ...
...therefore refund my money in full. However, before any refund is made, I must send them a cancellation slip by post. I must then wait approximately 7 days for a cheque to be sent to me, which will then take 3 or 4 days to clear through my bank. Consequently, I will not be able to access the £5,442.74 that I have paid them for the holiday for about a fortnight. Absolutely disgusting. ...

...came back from travelling with travel city direct and it was the worst holiday i have ever been on! firstly we were told to book into the airport for 10 AM when we had got there we were told that our flight had left a couple of hours ago, and so we were luckily thrown on a flight that was leaving there and then! When we got to the villa i was mortified travel city claimed there villas were cleaned every two weeks at a high standard, we had booked ...
...when in the leaving guide it asked us to leave a the for the cleaner well lets just say my only tip for the cleaner is to use a bottle of bleach next time! I honetly couldnt reccomend it to anyone And id warn anyone of going with travel city! ...

i have used travel city direct for 7 out of the 10 times i have been to florida and i cannot complain about my experience in any way they are by far the cheapest company you can book by either the internet or on the phone however i have always found the phone a much better option so that you can discuss your holiday itinery unlike other tour operators you are not stuck at one hotel for a week or two you can move about one of our holidays we stayed ...
...british tour operators travel city charge you per room not per person per room .my only complaint is that i wish that they did one week holidays to florida as when we have only gone for a week we have had to use other companies and did not enjoy the experience especially the flight. whereas travel city flights particularly if you are prepared to pay for the sunshine first seats are exceptional they range from £250 to £350 depending when you book ...
