...told me that it was travelodge policy not to provide these items!! I said that I was not aware of this and that it was never pointed out during booking and not at all obvious on their web site. I asked if they had a bar of soap they could give me just so I could manage until the morning. They said they had none but I could look in the vending machine in the foyer.
