Advantages: Cheap , Convenient , Location Disadvantages: Uncomfortable sofa bed
I stayed at the Travelodge in Oswestry a few months back as I was attending a wedding in the area and so needed somewhere to stay for the night. The wedding was at quite a posh hotel and so because we would be spending the whole day in the wedding and the night at the party, we didn't really want to fork out a lot of money for a room we wouldn't really be using. So , we opted for the Travelodge as it was the perfect match to what we had in mind.
... ...had never stayed at a Travelodge hotel before and so was unsure what to expect , although I did know where it was , as I have visited the Little Chef and service station many a times before , but the lodge was somewhere I had never been to , despite being so close to the places I had been.
On arrival , the receptionist was very helpful and was happy to answer any questions we had. Check in was quick (great for us , as it was quite late morning, ...
