Review of Trent-Barton Buses by
rachels_ratty
Advantages: Excellent drivers on the whole, new buses, value for money ticketing
Disadvantages: Litter strewn buses, AWFUL Customer Services, poor timetable availabilty

With a fleet of over 300 buses and employing roughly 1,000 local people, they are based in Henor, Derbyshire and run routes throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and as far to the north as Manchester. This leads them to the belief that they can offer a better and ...

Worth a ride?
Review of Trent-Barton Buses by
shortiebabes999
Advantages: Comfortable and Clean Busses, Comprehensive Routes
Disadvantages: Time keeping often terrible, expensive compared to other operators in the area
Trent Barton are a private company, that run bus routes throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. They mainly service the towns and villages that are set apart from the main town centres. I have used Barton busses for many years and having lived in the north, east, and south of nottingham i have been able to experience the service being run in many different regions.

Review of Trent-Barton Buses by
Mattnottm
Advantages: Frequency of some routes is excellent, fairly new bus fleet
Disadvantages: Fares can be expensive

The company have been upgrading and altering routes, in order to get the best service possible to some places. This has meant the removal of services, or retiming. They seem to have the most modern fleet of buses that I have seen in recent times.
The Rainbow Routes are proving ...

Trent Barton - A Real Mixed Bag
Review of Trent-Barton Buses by
musicmaker2904
Advantages: Polite Drivers, relatively new buses
Disadvantages: poor punctuality, low customer care, VERY expensive
I live on the outskirts of Nottingham and, as i have no car, busses are often the only way I can get around. The ONLY bus service that operates through my area is Trent Barton (the rainbow 4 service and the 15, 18/32 and commuter express services).
It is fair to say that travelling with Trent Barton is like playing the lottery, if you get lucky things are very good....but if you aren't lucky it can be really frustrating. For example, here's a ...
