The Tryp hotel is a four star hotel situated 10-15 minutes from the airport, it is in the busy region of Frankfurt -everywhere you look there are hotels.
Who did we book with?

We booked with last-minute.com and got our room for 65 Euros per night.
I think that this was good, considering the competition and the fact that we were in the very heart of "hotel land" in Frankfurt ... ...things a lot more expensive.
Our flight was very pleasant and we arrived at the airport in good spirits.

Outside the airport we found a taxi to take us to our hotel, first mistake -we should have arranged this with the hotel first as we were charged 20 Euros for a 10 minute car journey....oh well we didn't mind, we were looking forward to our stay!!
