UPS is a courier. They are the worst courier / shipping company you can imagine. They invoice you a certain amount for a shipment and then they add extra money on top a few months later and bill you for the extra money. They bill me £370 extra which I didn't own them. I made a complaint with my credit card company. UPS apologised and said that the bill is written off because it's their mistake. Now a year later they are billing me again for the £370 I do not own them and I've already thrown out the paperwork, so have no proof now that they crooked me with that money. Be aware! Avoid UPS. They look cheap, but then the dung drops later and the bill gets huge. ...

Having spent 3 hours already waiting for my parcel I emailed the seller to ask if they had any idea of a timescale for delivery e.g. morning/afternoon etc. They got back to me straight away to say that the parcel was being sent by UPS and should have been delivered before 10.30 - this was now after 11. They contacted UPS for me who, in turn, rang me at 11.40 to say that their driver had 'left the item off the van' and they would deliver it tomorrow ...
...as I had already wasted a morning and now I would be wasting my saturday which is the only chance I get to go out with my husband. Anyway, if it can be delivered before 10.30 on Friday why is only guaranteed before 12 on a saturday? Of course they had no answer to this! I am extremely frustrated. If I had not contacted the seller obviously UPS wouldn't have bothered to let me know and I would have waited in all day until the sellers helpline had ...
