Writing this opinion is surely going to hurt! Cold night at home in the UK, writing about my fabulous vacation in the gorgeous sunlight of Vilamoura, oh the pain! My Nan finds it great fun to ring a few times a week just to let us here in the UK how lovely the weather is over there, how they are in the pool, at the beach, enjoying meals outside at night, I could go on! Its over a year now since a spent an idyllic fortnight in the Algarve, Portugal. Alongside myself, 7 friends - we were all in couples booked a villa through an excellent company known as Something Special (www.somethingspecial.co.uk check it out for yourself). I was fortunate enough recently to stay in Villamora, a town on the Portuguese Algarve. This is a very modern town boasting a beautiful marina as well as good food accommodation and of course golf. I stayed at the Villa Sol country club, which boasts it's own championship golf course, golf pro, driving range, swimming pools, tennis courts and private beach area.
