Last summer I flew with Virgin Sun from Gatwick to Fuerteventura for £145. Having not known anyone who had flown with them before I was not sure what to expect. I've flown on Virgin twice to New York and would never fly with any other airline if I could help it. Flying is really tedious. Stuck in a tiny uncomfortable seat for anything between 5-8 hours. Not pleasant. But Virgin try to make the flight as pelasant as possible. We used Virgin Atlantic this year to travel to America after being told by a number of people that this airline was the one to use. A couple of weeks before we flew, we were able to reserve our seats for no charge, order children's meals and order and pay for our duty free both on the outward and inward flight. I recently flew with Virgin airlines for the first time and I was very impressed with the service. You get your own personal T.V in the back of the chair in front of you, with loads of different film and music channels etc. The aircarfts are very clean and tidy and surprisingly spacious. Virgin Express seems to have received some pretty good reviews on this site. My journey with them may have been a poor one-off, so I apologise in advance to Virgin Express fans out there! I have flown with Virgin only once, it was excellent. The cabin staff were pleasant, and the food good. It was a treat to eat from china plates, using metal cutlery. Seating was adequate. I’ve never flown with Virgin Airways and by the looks of things I never will! I recently need to make an unexpected flight and was forced to attempt a booking at 2am of the day I was to fly. ...from Gatwick to Orlando with Virgin Atlantic. Though it was my first time in the States, I have flown to Canada before, and several other similar lengh flights. I have to say the the Virgin flight was absolutely fantastic compared to any of the others. The seats, while still relatively restricted, were noticeably more spacious than other airlines. The in-flight entrtainment was excellent, with a good choice of films, television, Nintendo games, music..... ...
