Whiteleys, London

Whiteley's Whiteley's is a good sized shopping centre located in Bayswater in West London. The centre is actually on the Queensway strip and is handily in-between the Queensway and Bayswater underground stations! The Womens Shops ******************** You will find a variety of womens clothing stores spread out over the three floors. These include Oasis, Accessorize, Zara, Karen Millen, Nine West and La Senza (and a few more!) The stores themselves are all a normal size, none of them being particular large. Queensway is one of my favourite parts of London and I have stayed there several times in flats owned by Malaysian family friends. The most convenient place to go shopping nearby is the ultra-modern,one-stop-shopping mall of Whiteleys. My husband told me it was once upon a time a very traditional department store but today it a bright and breezy place and I can spend the whole day shopping for things to take back to Malaysia. Whiteleys is great - a gorgeous building, lots of cool shops, centrally located in Bayswater/Queensway, cinema, art gallery, themed restaurants - and it's all open later than virtually everywhere else in London! LOCATION Whiteleys is located on Queensway, between the Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Westbourne Grove. It's a great area, as Queensway itself is so busy and happening, and there are lots of places to shop and eat on Queensway and Westbourne Grove. Whitelys is a large shopping centre in Bayswater, which is on the District and Circle lines in West London. The development has a very friendly atmosphere and many general meeting points, such as a fountain. The shops are mainly books and clothes. There is a Books etc, some clothes shops and other things such as a gadget shop and stationery shop. An internet cafe on the second floor is also useful. In the way of eating, there is a McDonalds, a more upmarket cafe, and the internet cafe. So not a great deal, but there are some restaurants outside the development. If you have tired of wandering around the west End,gawking at pictures in galleries or if its pouring with rain,then a great shopping mall to make a beeline for is Whiteley's in Queensway. There is so much to do there. You can shop til you drop,sip red wine and see the world go by,slurp a cup of gourmet coffee,watch a movie or eat til your heart's content. The mall has loads of shops. whiteley is a amezing place .I love shopping there,they have fantasitc design,H&M ,oasis ,M&s you can find every thing you want .also they got a floor with a lot of trendy and fashionable restaurant bar and cafe ,greek and chinese ,oh I love it ,all i can say is ,that is amazing , cinema on the third floor,if you tird for shopping ,just go there ,relax yourself and enjoy your favuorite film star's film . and remember don't miss the gallery on the top floor . so don't miss it ,if you are freethis weekend ,just go there enjoy a whole day ... more
