Advantages: great hotel
Disadvantages: very expensive

The windsor arms hotel is situated on st thomas street toronto. It is a old style 4 storey building that has a beautiful elegant look to it on the out side and a fantastic inside. This hotel has 26 suites so is quite a large establishment with a lot of helpful staff and a lot of space. It has a fitness center, swimming pool, spa and barbers shop all inside the hotel. This is NOT a luxury hotel. We stayed in a top floor corner suite and the noise from the parties 4 floors below was clearly audible and carried on past midnight. The concierge did not fulfill any of our requests despite communicating with them twice weeks before our arrival. There are no glasses for the mini-bar, we were told to use the glasses from the washroom - very classy. Room service screwed up on two occasions - 1. cold food, no condiments, ... Read review
