Advantages: tasty food, interesting concept for a restaurant
Disadvantages: price very quickly mounts....

...there was a branch of Yo! Sushi near where I was staying, I HAD to take advantage of it. So I persuaded the boyfriend to come for his first sushi experience, and off we went! Walking into the restaurant itself is bizarre (the branch we went to is in the O2 shopping centre in Finchley Road, but I've heard they're all the same). Disadvantages: Can work out a bit pricey if you don't keep an eye out.

...partner into taking us to YO! Sushi at the O2 Centre in Finchley Road. When we arrived there, we didn't have to worry about seating. All the seating was very conveniently arranged to run along side a food-carrying conveying belt. Now, personally, I think that's the most ingenious thing I've seen in a restaurant.
