Advantages: Clean,Friendly,great hotel bar! Disadvantages: Stupid banging Fire Doors!!!!
...The transfer to the Zeus is roughly fifteen minutes from the airport.So no long bus journey which was really nice.We then arrived at the hotel at 2:30am local time.
We were greeted by a happy smiling face,given our key,and we then proceeded to our room.So what then did we do next? Go to the bar of course!!!
THE ROOM
I reserved a twin room,which is those strange single beds.However we always shove them together,in case of any romantic encounters. ... ...pool did have an interesting Zeus mosaic on the bottom,I dont think it was thousands of years old though.
The snack bar was particularly good.Its a shame that the tables under the snack bar awning were shabby perspex jobs.They offered drinks,snacks and the usual.A Greek salad would set you back 3 Euros,which is very cheap indeed.There was also a selection of burgers,chips,soft and alcoholic drinks.

Advantages: Excellent location, Very welcoming! Disadvantages: Bathrooms a little cramped but this is common place in Greek hotels
...return. We stayed at the Zeus and will be doing so again in October. ROOMS
The rooms are spotlessly clean with a large balcony or terrace (we had a terrace). On the website it does mention that some rooms are "semi-basement" we had one of these and it just meant that the wall of our terrace was only slightly higher than ground level. But it was a lovely sun trap in the afternoon. Bathrooms aren't huge, which is to be expected, but they are perfectly ... ...expect from a more pricey hotel but perfectly adequate. You can always ask for an exrtra pillow if one is not enough.
STAFF
All of the hotel staff were excellent Zak and his family will do evrything they can to ensure you have a great holiday. The guys behind the bar are good fun and always very polite. And I could not the fault the cleaners, they worked so hard, from morning till night, but always had time for a smile!
