holidayautos have appalling customer service and sell worthless insurance. avoid.
i rented a car from these people at marseille airport, and i bought their full insurance cover. following accidental damage to the car, for which a third party was responsible , and for which i was charged, i attempted to claim on the insurance. customer service was consistently rude, unhelpful, and incompetent, repeatedly sending letters to the wrong address. my claim ... ...fraudulent mis-selling of insurance. avoid this company at all costs.

though, as it appears they are deliberately running a fob-off customer service operation, and deliberately mis-selling insurance, you may not get results. ...
