I was fortunate enough this year to spend a week on the Greek island of Rhodes, it was the best week of the year. The island simply oozzes holiday! I went to the quieter reort of Pefkos which is a cheap taxi ride away from the ever popular Lindos. There is so much to do on the island it is ideal for families, couples and party animals. The place for the aprty animals is Falaraki, lots of clubs to choose from and enough cheary places to eat at once you've survived till kicking out time, the beaches are simply divine and if walking to it sounds too energetic many hotels now have a pool. The must see of the island has to be the Acropolis, just avoid the mid-day sun and let those tired donkeys ahve a rest and use your legs!
