I went to rhodes last year in july, it was very very hot. At somepoints a bit too hot for me. But i loved it, great atmosphere and great surroundings. The sea is beautiful colour, a light blur, with deeper blue surrounding coves. The beach near our hotel was great allthough quite busy in mid day. The sand was a whitey yellow colour which looks great and it wasn't dirty either. There are a couple of shops to do your essential shopping at, but not really for any gifts and souviners. The best place to go for that as we did is the capital, plenty of gift and souviner shops. Also very nice town. Truely great place rhodes was. Loved it there.

I'm afraid your review was very generic, if you replace the word Rhodes with any other hot holiday destination it would be exactly the same.

will not leave a rating as think it would be unfair to do so - you have the starting of a good review here but you really need to add some more detailed info to recieve good rates - read some similar reviews to get more of an idea...........

Advantages: beautiful weather and nice people very cheap ,every thing you want within a cheap taxi ride Disadvantages: mostly very basic accomodation,some beaches are mostly pebbles,can be wind in some places
