Riad Louna, Fes

For all who wants reserve a room at Riad Louna in Fes, don't give them the number of your credit card. I reserved a room this august for a three days stay, paying 1 night in advance with the credit card, although it was low season. Due to an unexpectedly I had to cancel the reservation two days before, but instead debited the cost of one night, as was comprensibilre, they have taken from my credit card for 75% of the total, for an amount of 190 euros! I find it dishonorable conditions, so what i suggest you is to think well about reserve a room at the Riad Louna, because you risk to pay also ... more
