I'm a backpacker from Florida and I usualy stay in hostels but I fancied somewhere more quiet, relaxed and homely. I couldn't have picked a more apt place than the Richmond. Guest House For such a reasonable price I received so much in return; a warm reception from the owner, a cosy room with ensuite bathroom and so clean with FREE internet access!!! Woo hoo! The location of the place is perfect; just a short stroll down to courtney Place and into the city and just a five minute stroll to the base of beautiful Mt Victoria from where a thirty minute walk will take you to the top and the lookout from where you will have 360degree views of wellington, and it's so peaceful and quiet! I'd recommend this place to anyone who want somewhere conveniently placed in the city and also to get away from it all!! Keep up the good work John.... Ms Athena Davis

Good start, but needs a lot more details. (Price, Room Equipment - Iron/kettle etc. Room Size, Bar/ Restaurant, Deccor, Ease of finding Hotel, Services offered). Keep going :)
