~~RICHMOND OLYMPIC OVAL~~ The day before we were due to fly back from Canada, we decided to do a dry run to the airport to make sure we knew the route, as it would be the first time we did the route unaccompanied. Mom came with us and she asked if we would take her to see the newly build Richmond Olympic Oval; well you don’t have to ask me twice, I love visiting buildings both new and old ones, but I do prefer the older ones. So after a few hiccups we found ourselves at the Oval. Richmond BC appears to be the ideal setting for such a sporting facility as the town claims to have the longest ... more
