Hello! My name is Andrea and I come from Brazil, I try to do my best writing my opinions, because English is not my main language and I am improving day by day and enjoying writing opinions, even knowing that I still take a long time to write each one....

Rio de Janeiro is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and very famous for the atractions you must seen. When you arive in Rio at the International Airport there is nothing to worry for even knowing that you have still to travel about 40 min to get IN the city. The first part of the city that you see is Lagoa = lagoon, very interesting with buildings around the lagoon and when the night comes is more beautiful than during the day, because the lights reflects into the water and makes the water looks like a big mirror.Leblon is going to the right side of Lagoa, and its where you have the uper class living in there and good restaurants, bars and don't froget to stop at Balada to take any kind of juice you can imagine and maybe a sandwich yumyum, cinemas, beach, and much more as like FlamengoFootball Team that is the favorite brazilian the Jockey Club for who want to be a millionaire, i wish :-). Going straight away you have Copacabana where you can find everything and all sort of people, hotels as such Copacabana Palace,Le Meridian and much more 5 stars hotels, restaurants, discos, beach, shopping.Ipanema is the biggest concentration of jewellery shops and the best names are H.Stern,Amsterdan Sawer. It is always worth to visit and buy any loose precious stone, and for free you can just visit the museum where you will go to learn about the brazilian stones. The Hippie Fair is where you can buy lots of souvenirs to give to your friends and family,by the way its a kind of Portobello Road market. Very nice!It worth to take a trip to Brazil and enjoy yourself really...anyway the tourism in the city is excellent, the view from Corcovado, Sugar Loaf, Gavea Pequena,Sao Conrado is where people jump with paraglide,so much to see and so much to do...that makes me think that european life is so boring, if not it is different. Thanks for your attention and see you next time...bye
