The bedroom itself was filthy, the valance on the bed was completely stained, there was cigarette ash in the teabag bowl, it was disgusting. To top if off they took the full amount off our credit card before we arrived, then packed our belongings while we were at my sisters ... more
This hotel is awful. It is really rundown and not very well kept. On arrival there was nobody on reception to greet customers and you had to phone a number to speak to anyone. The bedroom itself was filthy, the valance on the bed was completely stained, there was cigarette ash in the teabag bowl, it was disgusting. To top if off they took the full amount off our credit card before we arrived, then packed our belongings while we were at my sisters graduation as they had messed up the booking.They moved personal belongings, monies and passports and would only talk to us over the phone about the situation. Breakfast was just about edible, if they hadn't taken the full amount off the credit card we would have left straight away.Avoid this hotel at all costs
