RiversideLodges are located in Ripon, North Yorkshire. I came across this place while browsing through the Hoseasons brochure looking for somewhere to go for a short break for my partner's birthday.
As I have stayed at various places featured in the Hoseasons brochure before, I felt confident booking a holiday from their brochure, as all my experiences have been of fabulous accomodation in often very beautiful settings.
I settled upon RiversideLodges, and booked a four night break in November, costing just over £200.

RiversideLodges are set along the banks of the River Ure, just a couple of minutes drive or a ten minute walk away from the centre of Ripon.

Ok, so firstly a little about this place to set the scene?
Park Lodge Guest House is situated in Hull, East Yorkshire, just off one of the main roads running from the town centre. It gets it name from the large park next door, which is a great place and I will talk about it in a bit.
It has been operating as a guest house for about 20 years, but just over 1 year ago it was down-sized. It used to have 11 guest bedrooms, and was comprised of two large houses and a smaller building, but the other main house was sold, and the smaller building converted.
