A very nice hotel to stay in and we would recommend this. Not the cheapest in Torquay, but the price is reflected in very good service and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate, the room was nice although small and the bed creaked (!) but that's the only gripe we had! Nice full breakfast, garden and pool also very nice. Fairly handy location although up a steep hill, but recommended nevertheless. Ideal for those working or visiting the Princess theatre too. Only a short walk to the shops also. Well worth staying here and would go there again if i was in the area. ...
