Such a great place to visit. Such irony that a place linked with so much that is wrong with humanity can be so beautifull and be the birthing place of such a great movement.
To be taken round on the tour with one of the origional prisoners who was in the prison with Mandela and everybody when they were planning the future democracy of South Africa is inspirational. I just hope that South Africa can stay true to that vision it had for itself in the future and keep away from all the corruption that's going on at the moment.
There is so much history to Robben Island from before the time is was a prison camp as well.
The view of Cape Town coming back on the boat in the evening all lit up was stunning as well. It was very educational as well. Would definately recommend it.
