Advantages: Great beaches, good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, something for everyone! Disadvantages: can't think of any!
...I have been to Calad'or 3 times now and have travelled to Majorca on another 2 occassions to other resorts but just had to visit Calad'Or when I was there!
I first visited when I was 17 on my first holiday abroad with my friends, and it will always be a holiday i will never forget! It was the perfect location, not too big so that we could get lost, not too in your face as other more popular resorts can be. it was very relaxed with no-one dragging you into there pub or club, you could make your own choices. There are a number of bars with a few popular well know chains such as Linekers. The best bar we found was called Carousel and wa on the outskirts of the resort, the tequilla was only about 30p a shot at the time so you can guess why!!!
There are also a very good selection of restaurants, there really is something for every...

Advantages: cheap booze, white sandy beeches, and great shops Disadvantages: you have to go home at the end of your holiday
...Cala Do'r is split up into several bays from cala Serena to CalaD'or itself there all fantastic, With great sandy beeches, pubs, altough the main nightlife is in CalaD'or itself From sports bars like Linekars to traditional Irish Pubs and everything inbetween. It may not be as livly as Palma nova and Magaluf but what can you expect. The booze is quite cheap so you can drink to your haerts content. The streets are filled with people of all ages so there is bount to be someone there that you will like. During the day ( if you are up) there are shops full of a wide selection of souveniers and gifts for the whole family. I highly recomend CalaD'or for family's as children are aloud in some of the quieter pubs. I also recomend CalaD'or for students and other young adults as it is plain and simply teen heaven!...

Advantages: Great Weather - Lots to do Disadvantages: None
...I have been to Majorca twice now and have immensely enjoyed the experience. Both times I stayed in a small rseort called CalaD'orada. CalaD'or itself is a very nice town, with some very good restaurants and a picturesque harbour, full of a fantastic array of yachts. The nightlife is also very good with very reasonable prices.
There is lots to amuse yourself once you are there. CalaD'or has some very good beaches and there is accomodation practically on the beach if thats what you enjoy doing on holiday. There is also things for the energetic holiday goer. I have for two years now enjoyed windsurfing in Majorca, with a small fantastically run surf school. They cater for all abilities with great beginner courses and fun for the seasoned windsurfer alike. There is also sea kayaking and many other water sports as you would...
