I visited Rome last year in the summer during my Mediterraneancruise! And I must say that I liked instantly this magnificent city although it was pretty hot there, about + 35 degrees. So my opinion is that this town is just amazing, but you must visit it when it's a bit cooler. It sure is beautiful, believe me or not! It's great if you're an artist or an architect cause it's just an architectual masterpiece with all those buildings that have made a great impact to Rome during its history. It's historical town with modern and friendly people! They speak good English too!

Hi. My wife and I went to Rome in July 2005. It was beautiful and there is so much to see and do there. In a review I would like to see more information about which sites you visited, if there were any tourist traps, stuff you wish you hadn't done and stuff you really loved, where it is recommend to eat and where you should avoid eating etc. Regards Gard
