this is easily the worse hotel I have ever stayed in,travelling each year i stay on average at around 20-30 per year and have done for the past 15 years, this is by far the worse and least value for money, i paid £150.00 for one night. i have stayed in Glasgow in better places for 315.00 per night. It smelled.the room was small the service is appalling, there was graffiti on the walls it is shabby with ripped furniture and when you try and complain you are fobbed off with head office, they then refer you back to the hotel etc and are just not interested.do not stay here.also there is no parking, this they do not advertise so youi end up paying in an ncp quite a distance from the hostel sorry i mean hotel. you would be better off sleeping in the carpark

I think the review would be better placed in the buyer beware category as this really is the place to air our grumbles about a specific company or product. Let me know if you would like help moving it. Fionaxx

Hi and welcome. I think there's enough info there to justify a Helpful rating, but I understand why others have rated lower. More detail would help. I'm a bit puzzled about the reference to the Glasgow hotel - of course you would expect better for £315 a night. I'd expect it to be utterly amazing! Duncan
