I have flown on Royal Brunei Airlines four times on the Kuala Lumpur - Bandar Seri Bagawan and Bandar Seri Bagawan Miri sectors. and also from BSB to Kota Kinabalu. The RBA fleet is a modern one and I found it to be a punctual airline. I was also impressed with the ground services at Bandar seri Bagawan airport. The in flight service is quite acceptable and I noticed that Cathay Pacific,RBA have a multi ethnic cabin crew. On my flights there were stewardesses from Brunei,Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.The standard of English among the flight attendants was very good. The in flight magazine is quite a good read and the cuisine seemed to me to be fairly good,without being distinguised. The in flight entertainment system is not particularly outstanding and pales,eg,in comparison to that of SIA. RBA run an airport restaurant at BSB airport and it really is good. I have enjoyed the meals there and reckon it is one of the best places for the visitor to eat in the Brunei capital.
