I have flown with Royal Brunei every year for the past 5 years and have covered almost all their longhaul routes and can thoroughly recommend it! It is one of a small number of international airlines that serve my parents' home city of Calcutta in India, and their routes also include some prominent Middle East, Far East and Australian destinations. If you are lucky enough to be wanting to fly to these cities - you could do much worse than flying RBA.
Their service in economy is excellent and their seat comfort compares admirably to other more well-known carriers. I'm not short and I can easily stretch my legs even whilst sitting down. The food choices consist of a "destination" meal (Indian or Far Eastern) and a Western style meal at each meal and both are invariably very good. All special diets are catered for with 24 hrs notice.
Their biggest aircraft is a Boeing 767 - hence there are regular refuelling stops. A trip to Brisbane could involve up to 4 stops - but the stopover cities are worthy destinations in themselves and you can stop for free - which I often do. This breaks up a long journey into a very comfortable holiday. Their frequent special offers also rank them amongst the cheapest of long-haul carriers and with free stopovers!
They are however, a dry airline. As I don't drink alcohol I don't mind this in the slightest - but some people may find this a problem. You are, however, welcome to drink your own duty-free products on-board and the free soft drinks include such delicacies as rose grape juice and Mango juice! I can thoroughly recommend RBA for anyone wanting to fly to one of their cities - they may not be the fastest airline to get you there - but the journey is very good indeed.

Good op on an airline I must admit to never having heard of! The only thing I can think of that you could add would be details on typical in-flight entertainment.

How about entertainment, stuff for kids?, etc. Give me a shout if you update... ;-)
