Beach All Inclusive includes two small beaches. Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, a favorite Jamaican haunt, is located less than two kilometers from the hotel, as are casino and entertainment venues at Coral Cliff. Hotel Features. Renovated in 2004, the resort offers contemporary tropical ambience, with Mexican pottery and Indonesian influences such as wood paddle ceiling fans, wicker and mahogany toned furniture and an open air, sea view lobby. i stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago. lets start with the positive , it was in a fabulous location, and really close to the airport, which after a long flight from t he UK was just what was needed. THe rooms were spacious and mine led on to the hotels private beach with golden sand and blue water, i know its a cliche but its true. Also the food was fantastic, a brilliant variety and expertly cooked. also the grounds were well maintained. Montego ... ...the sumfest in july which is an experience not to be missed.
However i should mention that ALL valubles should be put in a safe as whilst i was staying there , my room as well as others at the hotel were robbed,by a member of staff. the result of which being my Mobile phone was stolen and i was left with a £1200 bill. having said this it is thanks to the hotel that the thief was caught and arrested, and myself and the other guests ... more

Montego bay itself is an amazing town, and i would recommend the sumfest in july which is an experience not to be missed.

After this the hotel agreed to forward the £1200 to cover the phone bill , i recieved £500 but the rest never appeared and all my e mails were ignored.
however this could happen anywhere and i'm sure since this staff are more thourghly checked and i must admit overall, despite this unfortunate incident i would definately visit the area again and even consider the hotel .
this was booked with going places, and was fairly good value for money ( if u forget the phone bill) working out about £1000 pp for 2 weeks all inclusive. however i was dissappointed that i had no contact with the rep about the thefts until we were at the airport ready to depart where she took a rushed statement, and we recieved no follow up.
