The nature in Elenite is really very,very beautiful. There is a big forest and great views. In the past Elenite was one of the best Holiday Villages in Bulgaria.
I was in Royal Park Hotel, Elenite in the autumn of 2009 and I don't want to go there again. This is an enormous Hotel and the nature is hidden and lost behind the walls.
Restaurant (cantine) and food There is no choice and the quality of the food is doubtful. Some of my colleagues had problems with the stomach. There are no more than two fresh salads. You must look for a clean plate. The tomatoes for example are not for salad. These are cheap tomatoes used for producing preserved food and puree.
Rooms The rooms are not cosy at all. The bathroom and the whole room are not clean. There is a mould in tha bathroom. Some of the rooms have a good view but if you don't have luck you will see the parking. Nobody made the beds.
Service Most of the people from the service are not kind at all and don't speak foreign languages. The service doesn't have a uniform and they are badly dressed. After the long trip to Elenite, you may wait to be accommodated until 15h in the afternoon because the room is not ready. I can't imagine how it is possible in such a big hotel not to have free rooms for the new guests.
Noise Our room was very noisy because of the woman who cleaned the corridors. Our firends didn't sleep well because of the noise who was from the Bar.
Beach The sand of the beach is very good but there is no enough place. The space between the umbrellas is very small.
Sport attractions There is a tennis court and mini golf. The garden is nice.
Disco There is a Disco which is not bad and it is a part of your "all inclusive" and you may drink as much as you want.
Parking The parking is outside the Hotel. It is muddy and when it rains you have difficulties to go out with the car.
AQUA PARK - I recommend it! The best of the best is the Aqua Park. Your child will be happy. I recommend it!
