Quick review of Russ Hill Hotel Review ofRuss Hill Hotelby

Have stayed here quite a few times over the last few years, has always been ok until the last visit a month ago, whole place was dirty and shabby, rooms appaulling! windows are rotting and this time was wedged with batons nailed to keep it from moving but with a compulsory two inch gap at the top! So the noise from the planes was not blocked out and someone (staff) having regular smoke breaks outside could be smelt in our room.
I emailed to let them know the problems and they couldn't be bothered to reply so I'm now avoiding like the plague.
