Ryanair is cheap, ok advantage out of the way. But Ryanair, does not know how to treat customers in my experience they are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and disinterested in customer satisfaction. News to ryanair, price does not always win.
I have experienced delays with lots of airlines and OK, not many are that helpful, but Ryanair are posutively blaze, you are delayed, we do not care, we could fly you out in three days time, go home in the meantime. No help is given in finding accomodation when there is an overnight delay and the attitude is appaling. Oh and I have been delayed with Ryanair, more times than any other airline. In fact the only airline that is worse in Bangledesh Air!
Finally, Ryanair does not have a customer service line that you can speak to, nor does it reply to correspondence asking after their poor service.
