I'm a frequent flyer, but I’ve never seen such a mess…2 hours of unorganised chaos at Luton airport. In the plane, seats very cramped and uncomfortable and no seat pocket means nowhere to keep stuff like a bottle of water or newspaper I had excess baggage to pay, 280 euros, along with most people on the flight, so a long queue formed at the "paying office" with one person collecting the enormous amount of money for excess baggage and other fees Ryanair throw at you Do yourself a favour though and choose an airline that actually cares about their customers as by the time you've paid all the fees and charges and listened to constant advertising on board. I hope this review will prevent other travellers making the mistake that I did

I knew before I clicked on this that it would be your first review. Lots of people join Ciao just to gripe. It's not often people have excess baggage because of the fee's so you wouldn't expect a long queue to pay up. It's a "no frills" airline, what were you expecting?
