STA Travel is a great travel company offering discounts for students and young people (Under 26). I have used STA many times and have always been impressed with the rates they offer and the knowledge and information of their staff.
What they do:

STA offer a discounted rate making it affordable for young people to travel and fulfil their dreams. They always have offers available such offer of the week, and hot deals. If you are not a student or under 26 as sadly I am no longer, then don’t worry you can still book with this company at a excellent rate just not as cheap as if you where younger.
A round the world ticket starts from about £800 and includes 7 flights so that’s not bad really!
I have also bought £200 return tickets (Including taxes) to New York through this site which was excellent value.
How to get a quote:
To get a quotation you can either go in store or chat to an advisor or you can look on their comprehensive website and email them for a quotation.
There are 51 branches across the country and 450 worldwide, and all advisors have had travel experience.
My experience:
I have recently been planning for a round the world trip and I have found STA travel to be very helpful, firstly I had a look on their website and had a go on their route planner to get an idea of the sort of trips I could take. I then emailed for quotation and had a quick response offering me many routes and prices. I the received a curtsey call from one of their advisors, I explained I was still in the planning stages and was relive that they were not pushing for a sale. In fact we ended up chatting for nearly an hour while the girl told me about her gap year to Australia and the pros and cons of working visas and bus tours etc.
