Sa Marina Aparthotel, Cala d'Or

I have been going to this hotel now for the past 5 years, & it truly is a quality hotel in all aspects.
It is an aparthotel, so you have the option of self catering or half board, which gives you the extra space of a living area if you do go half board. I would recommend pool side rather than the road, it is not a busy road, in fact quite quiet, but you do get the locals going past on scooters which are just noisy within themselves.

The standard of the rooms are exceptional, with daily towel change & maid service. Piped music in all the corridors to the rooms, & flowers by the lifts makes this such a beatuifull hotel.

The hotel lies just far enough away from the center so it is very quiet , even in the evening. There is evening entertainment which i would say is more catered for small children, & pool games is laid on by the staff daily, mainly pool volley ball. There is also pool towel hire for a small deposit. There is an indoor pool also & a gym.
There are a few small sandy beaches near by, the best one is esmeralda beach, being the biggest one out of the others which serve drinks & snacks. This beach is about a 10 min walk from the hotel, & has plenty of sun loungers with grass parasoles, but are chargeable for a small fee.
The main center of cala d'or all closes by midnight, so there is no rowdyness, & is a perfect place for families & couples, not ideal for people wanting nightclubs!
