Advantages: Lots to see and do Disadvantages: none but the weather
I recently visited the safaripark after many years and I was quite impressed by what they had to offer.
**GETTING THERE***
At Junction 6 from the M62 onto the M57, then take Junction 2 and follow the Brown signs with a white elephant on them to the safaripark gates.
Buses can be used but the road outside the park is quite dangerous and has to be negotiated to get to the park from the bus drop off point.

Advantages: fully equipped and comfortable Disadvantages: expensive
fantastic. With full DSTV and all channels it comes with plenty to entertain you. The hotel caters for every need and the cuisine is just as good. simply go down to the ground floor (for which there is a gentleman on every floor who will call the lift for you as you leave your room) and choose from one of the 5 restaurants there. I would recommend the buffet restaurant, where lunch consists of a huge range of salads ( you can even have your own made up) and a selections of soups, rices, meats and of course a brilliant ...
Advantages: Very comfortable, excellent view overlooking marina Disadvantages: Breakfast menu limited
I have just returned from a week at this hotel with my wife.
It has been fairly recently refurbished and is in great condition.
The rooms are very comfortable - the room we were in had a super king-size bed.
We were on a bed and breakfast basis and, whilst I found the breakfast menu to be acceptable, it was lacking a little in variety as each day was the same.
The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel but, suprisingly, we neve had any difficulty getting a sun lounger. The indoor spa and pool are absolutely fantastic.
The staff seem a little reserved but are very helpful.
The entertainment programme was a little less than we would have expected from a hotel of this stature but was acceptable ...
