A truly brilliant case, the Samsonite Sahora not only looks good but drives great! My favourite feature is the four multi-directional spinner wheels which rotate to allow upright rolling in any direction. The Sahora 77cm costs £87.50 in an outlet store and around £125 in the high street. The case holds 110 litres and is ideal for 7 or more days.
On first inspection Sahora seems to be a completely soft sided case. However on closer inspection it it visible that it is a hybrid between a hard and soft suitcase. The case has hard ABS corners which look like material but have the strength of a hard case. Thus giving Sahora the strength and durability of a hard case but the look and safistication of a soft case.
The Main compartment is closed by a zipper and the case is pulled along by a retractable handle with push button lock that extends and locks into place at 2 different positions. Other main features include 2 external pockets which are great for holding tickets and passports and cross straps which keep clothes secure when the case is only partially full.
The interior is well planned out, is fully lined and is split in half with a divider that zips. This is great for seperating shoes from clothes and keeps the contents secure and organised. There is a large and a small pocket on the front of the divider which are see through. These are great for storing and gaining easy access to small items such as wash produts and underwear.
Sahora does not have a built in combination lock like most Samsonite cases, however the case does come with a complemenatry padlock and key which is sufficient for the job.
Other items in the Sahora range include the smaller 66cm ideal for less than 7 days and the 55cm cabin luggage. Sahora comes the 2 main colours, black and red.
As with all Samsonite products Sahora comes with a 3 year worldwide guarantee against any manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers any undue wear and tear however does not cover airline damage! However through experience I know that Samsonite will last far longer than 3 years with previous cases lasting more like 30 years! So far after several flights my Sahora seems as good as new and this is what I have come to expect from Samsonite who produce truly durable and innovative products!

What's it like weight wise? Sometimes these Samsonite cases can easily tip you over your luggage allowance at the airport , so I'd be curious to know whether these hybrid ones have a tendency to this. Good review.
