To all potential buyers of Samsonite Suitcases I purchased two Samsonite hard shell Suitcases aprox two years agoe they were damaged by the airline .They were sent back three times to samsonite repair dept ,To cut a long story short I was told airline damage was not covered by guarantee , I only brought Samsonite suitcases because I thought they were the strongest .Iwas told by Samsonite repair dept that if I wanted guaranteed suitcasesror airline use I should have brought. BRIGS AND RILEY SUITCASES.as they are covered for airline travel. Iwas given the telephone number of a mr barry sharp 07836258913 who sells Samsonite cases to the shops he may be able to help and advise you more than I many thanks aconcerned pensioner PS Iam still hoping the matter will be settled.
