Having just returned from Hotel San Luis We would like to say what a great time we had. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean especially as we went in August when it is at it's busiest. The food although a bit repetitive is excellent and there is always something you like (even when you have fussy children)! The rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily and clean bed linen and towels changed daily too. The entertainment is very good generally and the children's animation is excellent. We went all inclusive and this is well worth considering as drinks can be very expensive. Ice creams are free as well as unlimited drinks, crisps,nuts etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful and you can hire beach towels for a refundable deposit of 10 euros each. Sports facilities are a godsend for teenagers as is the spotless pool area. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.

If you have a read (and rate) of other reviews with very helpful ratings it will help you to see what is needed for better ratings. Your review was fine as far as it went but just needs a bit more detail in order for it to be of most use to potential visitors to this hotel.
