We travelled to this resort for our honeymoon, what a dissappointment it was. Sandals Antigua promising the luxury get away for romatic couples was not what it appeared to be. We paid nearly £4000 for this two week all inclusive break and first impressions were ok. It was our honeymoon so we had been upgraded to a superior room free of charge, well i would have hated to have seen the basic rooms. We could not sit on the balcony because of large trees looming above. The aircon was noisy so had to be turned off to sleep. The resort and beach itself were nice enough and the food was pretty good in the restaurants, but the entertainment was poor unless you enjoy 14 different bob marley bands and the daytime snacks and bar left a lot to be desired. The staff were helpfull if a little over worked.
