Astarte suites in Santorini island Advantages: Views, suite, infinity pool, privacy Disadvantages: nothing ...name of that hotel was Astarte suites. So I google on Internet found the site and it was just perfect for my honeymoon. I booked the tickets and the Junior suite with private jacuzzi for a 7night stay. The view from the window of the airplane as we were landing to Santorini airport was exstatic. Upon arrival there was a driver from the hotel, who transfered us to Astarte suites. After about 10 min. of driving the driver told us that we were there. ... ...minutes we left back to Astarte in order to find our peace. We decided not to go again to Fira. The last day we went to Oia, a small traditional village with many nice places to shoot some pictures. Oia was consisted of many many many (it's not a typing mistake) hotels. I was relieved that we didn't stay there since privacy would be absent. Unfortunately, the last day came and we had to leave from that beautiful hotel and island. Hopefully, next ... What a great hotel! Advantages: Staff, View, Service, Internet Access Disadvantages: Having to leave ...and I stayed at the Pegasus Suites for 6 nights in early October. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the service is first class. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was large with comfortable sitting area, nice decoration with all modern equipment and luxury amenities. It has a Jacuzzi bathtub and bathroom with marbles. We had a wonderful early dinner at our room from the hotel snack bar on our first night at the hotel. What a place!!! Advantages: Free Internet Access, Excellent Service, Amazing View Disadvantages: Nothing ...beautiful and relaxing stay at Pegasus Suites, I felt the need to recommend this marvellous hotel to others. My husband and I spent a long weekend in the hotel and found it idyllic. For a design hotel, the staff and atmosphere are remarkably unpretentious and accommodating. The manager herself took great lengths to direct us to the best sites and beaches of the local area of Santorini (which is lovely in itself), even going as far as to drive us ... ...caldera!!! The location of Pegasus must be mentioned to, as it is the best in the village.. The pool and rooms were spacious and bathrooms wonderful and also without fault. All the materials used a first quality and everything is beautifully put together. Overall we had a great time and it's a good base for exploring. We would like to thank them for the great service, interesting design, and very good food. STINKY PELAGOS Advantages: placed on the most beautiful Greek island Disadvantages: unacceptable hygienic conditions ...Not joking it was incredible. My girlfriend was having a panic attack. Left immediately. found a two star hotel nearby that seemed to us as so luxurious clean and comfortable compared to stinky PELAGOS. Had a lovely time. santorini is fantastic.
