The CapeVerde Islands are a group of islands off the west coast of Africa, in line with The Gambia. Sal is the largest of the islands.
The CapeVerde Islands are an up and coming tourist destination, due to the fantastic weather and coastal amenities. Advantages: Sun, short flight, no jet lag, unspoilt for the best part. Disadvantages: Windy, heavy seas, little culture.

The next thing to grab our attention was the strength of the wind - pretty well relenless for the duration of our 2 weeks stint. We stayed at one of the RIU group hotels (Garopa) and cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness and overall standard of accomodation which was all inclusive and to be honest you would want it to be, there isn't a lot of choice outside of the the resort.
Next, the beach ...
The city of São Paulo officially became a city in 1711. In the 19th century, it experienced a lot of economic prosperity, brought about by coffee exports, which were shipped abroad from the port of the neighbouring city of Santos. It is one of the big 5 cities that exist in the world. It is the business centre of Brazil and, has many of the down sides of any big city: São Paulo is located on a plateau that is part of the Serra do Mar. Although there are no beaches in Sao Paulo there are places along the coast of Sao Paulo State. Rainfall is abundant, especially in the warmer months. One of the biggest financial centers of Brazil and the world. São Paulo is the most ethnically diverse city of Brazil. ...
