Unbeliveably poor. Beware

I don't think I've ever written a bad review on anything before but I had to share my experience on this hotel. Rustic is how I would sum up the whole hotel. I don't know where to begin! Our 'superior deluxe' room was neither superior nor deluxe despite the great view over the (crowded) beautiful beach. We went to look for private villas for the first 2 days to try get some luxury back into our holiday but failed so decided to make the most of the ...
...a look at the exec and normal suites - both of which looked bigger but just as basic (you did get 2 tvs!!). This would be at a ridiculous cost as well - an additional £2k for 6 days! The haphazard Fabio on reception (lovely but basically Mr Fawlty) accidentally let out the suites on the morning we were going to swap rooms, so we were moved to another (slightly better) superior deluxe. In my time there I saw 4 other couples complaining about the rooms ...

Advantages: Small Family Hotel, Beautiful Area, True Italian Family Life

...past this small family run hotel 3 times before realising that there was actually a sign hidden behind an olive tree in the front carpark. The hotel (It's probably more of a guesthouse really) is situated on a corner, half way up a hill on the edge of town. My family & I spent a wonderful week at this hotel in July. We liked it so much we didn't want to come home. Don't be put off by the modern concrete exterior - The lobby, rooms & restaurant are all nicely decorated. The views from our balcony were breathtaking accross the bay.
