The Savoy Resort is pretty much amazing and we found it offers the most outstanding customer service ever! The Atlantic views are incredible and it is only located about 10 mins pleasant walk along the harbour from the centre of Funchal, Madeira's capital.

The Atlantic views are incredible and it is only located about 10 mins pleasant walk along the harbour from the centre of Funchal, Madeira's capital. There is a wide variety of leisure facilities both on and off site, including indoor heated pools, sauna's,beauty salons, sea filled pools (very novel!) and loads of lovely staff to make sure you ... ...The gardens surrounding the complex are beautifully landscaped, really enhancing the sea views offered around most of the site. They provide welcome shade in the middle of the day and provide a a fair amount of privacy if you so feel like it.
