There are 70,000 tickets up for grabs each year (it does sell out quickly as a result of this)and the festival has a web-site where you can find out who's playing, which is useful. You will need a tent unless you feel like renting a room in town and there are daypasses available for the Sunday only. The weather is usually very good (think hot), but sometimes it rains, so warm clothes are also recommended.
