Advantages So far - nothing
Disadvantages So far - advanced online ticket delivery
I am waiting for my rover tickets since 10 days and the customer support is great worst I have ever seen. But in the order confirmation mail, they have clearly mentioned that the tickets will be with us in 3 to 5 days. But now its more than 10 days, we didn't recieve our tickets......
They do not know anything about the delivery and I was asked to wait till last a few hours of my scheduled departure. And if I am not received it before my journey then I need to purchase another ticket and travel and later the old ticket will be refunded. So what is the point of buying in advance "online booking tickets"?The customer support team is not giving update about the queries. These people are creating last min tension for our trip.

Hi and welcome to Ciao. Sorry to hear about your bad experiences, though for a review this only covers a small part of the company (it says nothing, for instance, about pricing or the cleanliness, comfort and punctuality of the actual trains - all of which would be needed for top ratings).
