I can not believe the amazing customer service I recieved. I was travelling to Inverness - changed at Perth and unfortunatley left my mobile phone on the MegaBus. Lucky for me - it was handed it to the driver and passed on to Ross at CityLink in Dundee. They text my other half who had happened to text me to see where I was and arranged for it to be sent up on the bus the next day to arrive in Inverness at 3:30. This was all done befor I even got to Inverness!!
As promised - the phone arrived promptly with not a scratch - delievered in 2 envelopes with contact details of the place I was styopping alopng with my other halfs mobile number in case there were any issues.
If it wasn't for the honesty of the person handing it in along with the amazing employees at CityLink I would be heartbroken.
