Basilica di San Marco

Advantages: Beautiful
Disadvantages: Can't think of any

Yes, another Venice review...Probably my last one though... Okay...Saint Mark's Basilica (Basilica di San Marco) was built in 1071, and is in Venice, at St Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco). The square can be hard to find, or very easy, depending on how good you are at navigating the streets (needless to say, we had a bit of a struggle!) Even though the basilica is enormous, I couldn't see it at all until we stumbled straight onto St Mark's Square, where it suddenly leaps out on you, dominating the place. If ever you go to Venice I would strongly recommend a trip to St Marks Square, as this building is probably one of the most amazing you will ever see. The thing that struck me first of all was the sheer colossal size of it. It is toweringly tall, and extemely wide, I have never seen anything like it. I was expecting to see ...

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Advantages: fantastic free roaming experience, great sound and graphics, endless enjoyment
Disadvantages: Not many

sounds. In summary, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is most definitely as big a game as it was cracked up to be. It has a massive timescale of play and there is always something you can do, even six months after you have completed it. If you have not already bought the game, do yourself a favour and go and buy it! You wont regret it! ...

Review of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2)

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Enough said.

Advantages: The freedom, the music, the variety, the characters, the story, the size, the vehicles, the script, everything.
Disadvantages: The graphics are pretty good, but not brilliant. This is due to the mammoth size of the game.

Intro: Oh My God is what I say when I get asked about GTA: San Andreas. I think it is the best game of all time, my friends think it is the best game ever, and all the official and unofficial magazines agree. This is one of the rare few gems that netted itself a 10/10 from the Official PlayStation 2 Magazine. (Only 8 games out of many hundreds have achieved this feat.) There is so much to talk about and do in the game and it is almost unbelievable that Rockstar have fitted so much just onto one disk. This review is very long, and feel free to read just the section you are interested in, or however much you want. Hope it's not too boring. Key Stats: Name - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Set in - Early 1990's Locations - The game spans over 3 cities, with countryside and desert in between. (See the 3 cities section for more info ...
